Does a low carb diet cause you to lose muscle? If so, what is the most effective way to lose body fat? - low carb scones
Currently I am in the process cardio 3 times a week with strength strength training twice a week. In the past I have good carbs (like multigrain bread, cereals, wheat and corn to eat, etc.) and 15 kg lost in 6 months with 10% body fat. Recently a teacher of health, who told me he was going low carb is better and I will take off faster. Since then I have about (a week) to a diet that low in carbohydrates and it feels strange to a diet that will have little carbohydrate, fat and protein in the diet, I have been on a diet of low fat, as take some time. I have also studied and it seems that a diet in carbohydrates are healthy. Is that true? Pls advise. Thank you.
