Minnesota Bill Of Sale Title Transfer?

Title Transfer? - minnesota bill of sale

I recently sold a car to a private party and stupidly signed the title and gave the vehicle. I did some research and now I see how it was ridiculous. Anyway, I'm afraid it will not transfer ownership. I am also afraid that I provided false information to a fake identity card. I have a notice of sale to the DMV in the U.S. state of Minnesota, I heard that you purchase the, has written that he should receive a document that details in his car with the number VIN number and vehicle number indicator. Those who signed this document, but I heard it should be noterized. Does it have to be present? What should I do if they do not transfer title? Report stolen? How long should I wait to do? I am very concerned that he might do something for me. If the notice of sale submitted to DMV enough to protect me? Please help!

Relax man, the notice of the sale of the DMV that you was marked from the time it protects filed / stored. Keep your copy. You were right, title, interest in the message, and contact the mileage. Some states require a contract of sale for the price test in the sales / use tax purposes, but not all. They do not report the car stolen if you do not transfer the title. For further sales report are available or what it is. If you sell another car, and relates to the transfer of ownership to insist on the DMV with the borrower, and transfer under the sale. You can contact the DMV and ask if the title was transferred, may be able to check online. Once again, the report on the sale ...........
