Skinny Asain Grils What Do You Think Is The Healthiest Ethnic Cuisine?

What do you think is the healthiest ethnic cuisine? - skinny asain grils

Chinese, Japanese, etc., Thai, American, Italian, French, ...

Personally, I think the roast, as Thai and Chinese cuisine is the mixture of rice and Protien to consume. But they tend to consume large portions, and there is always something that they then have a twig lol idk what it is, but it always works.

But I want to know your opinion and why?

Mediterraneun I would say that cooking with olive oil and eat lots of salad and vegetables with grilled fish and pasta.
Some of these sauces are very rich, but you have to eat.
I thnk Greek food is healthy again is a lot of meat and grilled fish, salads, olive oil, rice, pita bread and stew of AMD.
I think Chinese food is fried too many components and additives such as glutamate, that I am very good Thai food is like my least favorite food is considered of all nationalities who have tried (very little).
Mexican food if you eat healthy is also traditional (fried tacos with beans, rice and meat, soups and stews, beans, etc.), but you love beans and is not as rich as the Tex-Mex or Italian cuisine.

Chinese, because at home, eat very little meat. Therefore, their diet is mainly vegetable. I know nothing of the Italian non-fattening, but that makes it delicious.

This page describes how to select menu items, ethnic healthier for you.

I am from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and one can easily find Indian, Thai, Japanese, French, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Malay, Indonesian, before the Mexican and Italian cuisine. And I am personally of the opinion that the Japanese and Koreans eat healthier too.

Incidentally, I wonder what the Greek food? haha =)

Indian food to my friend and his friends do not seem very healthy for me.
Everything is vegetarian and not all of the rice (too much starch and sugar, the body is too fast)
He eats the vegetable dishes with several Roti with wheat flour.

OK, it is my firm conviction that the Greek cuisine is one of the best! Well, as we all know, is on the Mediterranean diet of nutrients and fewer calories based full! To taste of Greek cuisine! It is healthy because it prevents many diseases ...

For me, the most Asian cuisines serve healthy dishes and one of my favorites is this recipe that my Filipino site offers a variety of Filipino dishes to try.

I think Asian food, such as Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and East India are healthy foods. Try the cuisine of Africa. The courts are using rice and vegetables.

There is no such thing as ethnic cuisine healthy.

Any food that can be consumed more bad for you.

Some Asian foods are poor, high fat and sodium.
