Teen Lift Carry Is My Current Weight And Height Fat?

Is my current weight and height fat? - teen lift carry

Ok, pls do not BMI things I would like your opinion. It would be a young person who currently weighs 5'6 "and 155-160 pounds of fat?
I dead lift 130 pounds, Idk on vertical walls or something, but I can lift and carry 130 lbs. I still have the stomach, but ... If you think you lose, how much should I lose?

No, you're not fat. :) You are high and for a man, it seems that you are where he belongs. You're young, so keep doing what we do and should be good to go.

No. .. BMI is a pot shiz my weight up cuz he says I am overweight, but if I .. look You would never guess that his weight weight ..
You have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat.
If you are concerned about fat in your body. just start jogging and sports and fat to fall .. They are only 13 i wouldnt worry too much about it. many boys grew up with JR was a little chubby .. But at the end of the first year. made was that .. out of it It was especially baby .. Fats do not worry about it is still too young to be all concerned about their weight. especially if you have nothing to fear.
